Dec 22, I'm flying to San Francisco. Lukas better be ready for a guest by then, cause that's where I'll be. Then I'll leave from San Francisco on Xmas Eve to fly to Budapest, where I will stay until Jan 3. Then back to SFO until Jan 7, when I come back and start work again

Hey travelling muffin! SF over xmas sounds lovely :) This is perfect timing, because I have a travel-related question for you. How did we get around Italy? Was it train or bus or airplane or...I can't remember specific legs. Alisha and I are going in November and she found a train pass, but it's more money than I thought we spent on all our transportation combined.

I am 99% sure that we bought individual train tickets and spent very little money. I seem to recall that we checked train prices for all over europe and within the countries we were planning on going to and it ended up being the same or cheaper to get individual tickets rather than passes. :)
