For me I felt relieved. Watching S2 is become an assignment, a habit, I couldn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed S1. I'll still track news of the boys, but I'll try to stay away from spilers this time.

Merlin can't have a grandad. It explained it in the show. The power passes when the father dies. So if Belinor had power, he got it from his dead daddy.
