I am going to watch Avatar tonight. And Arthur finding about Merlin's magic, a good cliffhanger which will torture us for the next nine months.

The torture is going to be unbearable, but there will be an abundance of fics if that's the case.

As far as I can tell people are just kind of speculating based on very little information. I hope that dude in the woods in the promo shots is indeed Merlin's dad. We'll see! So excited!!!

Yes, he has to be Merlin's dad...I hope. And it's high time for some magic revealing. It would be the perfect cliffhanger.
I'm so distraught that the season is already over, it just started!

A report from someone who visited one of the locations said that the giftshop owner or whatever mentioned that Colin and Bradley had been there filming something about Merlin's dad for the finale. I am pretty sure that is Merlin's father, and on the BBC Merlin page it says he is a warlock with special dragon powers who was exiled during Uther's Great Purge.

I also think Arthur finding out about Merlin is going ot be the cliffhanger. *chews nails*

Ha! We met those gift shop people. They looked at us all knowing, seeing right through us, realising we're not being 'regular' tourists who happened to be visiting Pierrefonds.
So after a few hours we gave up the pretense and admitted it, and they seemed to want to help us. :)

The finale is going to be so epic, I just hope that there is not too much Gwen as damsel in distress.

I agree. Although, as far as I'm concerned, the whole show should be about the epic gay love between the boys :D
And how they learn all their new 'positions'... yes.. yes that'd be a lovely show.

Why can't they have two versions of the show, one for the post-watershed crowd?

It can be like that thing General Hospital did. A regular soap opera during the day and then a 'night shift' show.

Yes! Why was Gwen not more involved in that whole Morgause storyline?

I'm so glad I don't have to work this weekend, but you know the reaction will be ongoing for many weeks.
