Yes, Colonel Curtiss is here. Two of our other friends were here, too, but they left before I arrived.

I understand that. I wouldn't want any of them to have to come to a place like this, but I'd still like to be able to see them again.

You should! But you don't have to actually head there, all you have to do is send in an application to the head captain, Officer Minato. The frequency is located here

It is a little complicated. It took at least two weeks before I figured out how to securely lock certain data.
