Haha! That's perfect, the petulance there. And of course, Draco is very much like Lucius with that spoilt side to him. One thing, though - 'were denied' should be 'are denied' (essentially, it's: as all Malfoys do when they are denied -OR- as all Malfoys did when they were denied).
This was a little ambiguous in the wording (at least for me - I'm not sure I understand the 'cuffs' part, and why did he wince "at the last part"?), but I understand that this is a snippet of a longer story. I like it as a drabble, though. It's fun and light-hearted, short enough for the how they got there not to have to be included, but with just enough detail that it doesn't seem at all surreal that there's not more development
