So it looks like Das Ich is coming to the US, but I can only find 2 shows. 1 in Philly for Dracula's Ball and 1 in DC. Anyone have any info if they are coming this direction? (*cough cough concertfreak Seems like a lot of work on money to come to the states to play 2 shows

I know they're doing a few more dates, but how many or where I'm not too sure. However, it should be announced on Myspace / Metropolis Records' site / somewhere soon!

Man, if it's anywhere within a 5 state radius I am so there! That is the bummer about living in Colorado, if a band skips Denver, then there is very little chance that they are going to Salt Lake, Cheyenne, Lincoln, Albuquerque, or Phoenix. Vegas is usually my next hope. I was pissed I missed the Puscifer show. Maynard skipped Denver, but played Vegas.

Oooh, if they come to Denver, I might actually try to find a way to go. I saw Das Ich in DC/New York back in 2003 (when I lived in DC). They ALWAYS play in DC first. Well, they didn't actually play DC, because the airline lost their equipment. But they hung out and chatted with everyone. Then played the next day in New York (Terrorfact let them borrow their equipment). I was invited by Imerative Reaction to go up to New York with them. So I took some friends. That was so much fun! Both bands were awesome. Wow, cool memories. I had to go look up the pictures from that night. Lookie lookie.

Those pictures are awesome! I have to admit I have been disappointed with the past few "Uber German Industrial" (or UGI's for short) bands that have come to the states. Somehow I think that Das Ich will not fall into that category.

That was really nice of Terrorfact to do that, they weren't even playing that night. I love stories like that. It makes me love the bands even more. I have a great story about Covenant that has made it so Eskil could release a CD of fart and belching noises and I would buy it.

Let's hope for a show in Denver!!
