Well, crap. The anthology I was writing the fairytale for has closed to f/f submissions. So there's really no point.

Bugger.

I don't know who you were writing it for, but Torquere Press accepts f/f submissions for short stories ranging from 3K and up. They have several different lines depending on the word count.

It was for Ravenous Romance, but I'll definitely think about TP. It has a Pirate's daughter and everything.

Hey that's totally the place I was going to write/submit a f/f fairytale for. Lame. I know they're still open to like angel/demon f/f pieces, but yes, still write it! It'll find a home somewhere.

If you don't already know about it: Duotrope.com. It's awesome for finding places to submit writing.

aw bleh. i can't imagine you not finding a place to publish it eventually, just knowing your writing, but yeah, that's disheartening. >.>;;;
