And when will the bleeding car manufacturers drop their freaking prices, because I'm in the market and there's no reason why we're still paying 20-30% higher. For cars made HERE, no less!

Argh, people. Super argh.

I have been going to the US a lot cuz htings are chaeaper there, like books.. they rip us off over here.. although im hearing/reading places wont sell things to Canadians like wtf? and how would they know if I use US moolah

Yeah, car dealerships in the US are being forced not to sell to us because auto manufacturers are making them. (Except Subaru, that is.) My sister and I have been to the US twice in the last six weeks to shop -- it's like having these little holidays AND saving money on stuff you'd be buying here in Canada otherwise, plus, I have been introduced to two American institutions (Rite-Aid and IHOP). That's living. :P

Haha. I brought a computer for my brother in the US, and we also brought a microwave and a few other things. Some places here, like Walmart, have started to decrease the Canadian prices on certain things.
