Allergies and Other Medical Stuff

So, I finally made it into an OB/GYN and an allergy specialist Friday. The lady-doctor is concerned about my lack of a reproductive cycle, and is starting me on some stuff to get that sorted out. I go back in a few weeks and we'll be talking about genetic testing for... well, for breast cancer genes, basically. I plan on doing some reading

Oh yuck. That does not sound fun. At least it's not Sable herself. Is it something that more vacuuming/dusting would help, or would that just stir up the dust and make it worse?

I hope your meds are making things better.

I imagine that if I vacuumed a couple of times a week (ye gods do pugs shed) and got her once a week, it would be livable...

I feel like a horrible person when I say that I don't think I'll ever have that level of housework devotion, and certainly not while I'm working and in school. /-:

Oh, I absolutely hear that. I feel like a horrible person because I don't clean litter boxes often enough, let alone vacuum. In fact, I vacuum twice a year, whether it needs it or not. I'm working on accepting that sometimes there just isn't enough time/energy for everything I think I'm supposed to do.
