[OTA] Distractions

Rob cocked the pistol and aimed it at the target far off in the distance. It had been pure luck that he arrived on the island almost simultaneous to the other dude who used to manage the shooting range being sucked back home. Rob more than knew his way around firearms and ammunition. He could kill two birds with one stone working here. Or three, ( Read more... )

Fox had been watching him from a distance. She had come to the shooting range for practice, but when she'd seen Rob, she'd decided to hang back and see what he was capable of. He was good, she'd give him that. As the new target was put in place, Fox came up behind him, pulling her gun out from it's holster and throwing her arm out as her heart rate sped up, and the adrenaline kicked in.

The bullet curved around Rob, speeding through the air before hitting the silhouette squarely between the eyes. Ever since she'd given him the tattoo, she had been thinking about what might have happened if she'd given him more than just a handjob. She'd considered riding him on the table, but at the time she had just wanted to get his ass inked. To know there was something on his skin that she was responsible for.

"Miss me?" she asked as she stood behind him.

"Oh, now you're just trying to impress me," Rob drawled, a smirk appearing on his lips as he turned to plant his blue eyes on her face. "How could I miss you when my ass hurts so much I can't even sit down?" The bullet was impressive, to say the least. Had he really met his match in Fox?

He rested his hip against the bench, the pistol still tucked in his palm. "To what do I owe this pleasure... again?"

"I was here for some practice, but instead I found you," Fox replied as she moved closer, her gun still her in hand by her side. "We really do need to stop meeting like this. For the record, I'm not trying to impress you. I don't try and do anything."

Fox tilted her head as her eyes dropped down and she moved to look at his ass. "I hope you haven't been aggravating it."

Rob tilted his head. "Oh, you're in my territory now," he told her, waving his hand in the direction of the range. "You need to stop clarifying and taking everything I say as literal, or we'll never make it to third base. Now you'll probably tell me you hate sports metaphors, too. I've already worked out you don't do anything unless you want to. I probably would have lost interest by now if you did."

He laughed. "How does one aggravate one's ass? I put pants on. Was that too much for you?" he asked in amusement. "I haven't been break-dancing at the Karaoke club or anything."
