1. When or if I started shipping them: I don't think I ever started
2. What I think their challenge is: IIRC Samuel is pretty douchy. So, that.
3. What makes me happy about them: Mercy is a very decent character for a Paranormal Romance lead.
4. What makes me sad about them: It's still pretty formulaic crap?
5. What moment I wish had never happened: I dunno, memory's not precise enough for me to say.
6. Who I'd be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Again my memory isn't precise enough for me to say.
7. My happily ever after for them: *shrugs*

1. When or if I started shipping them: Hmm, good question. I loved Ekaterin pretty right away. Does that mean I ship her with Miles? I think I only started to buy the pairing when Ekaterin started liking Miles as such, in A Civil Campaign, wayyyy after the dinner of doom and Miles' appology; when they're hanging around dealing with a crisis and Ekaterin look at him. I remember the moment, but not the context specifically enough to do better than that, sorry ( ... )

LOL, very true! (Come to think of it, Miles could pretty easily be a poster boy for "the common factor in all your failed relationships is you" :P)
Ekaterin/Don(o/na) would be interesting! They are two very types of Vor ladies, but they've both had to deal with abuse from men in their lives. I really wonder what they would make of each other...
