Woohoo! Gonna see Amanda Palmer and Zoe Keating in concert tonight. It's been AGES since I've gone out to a show. I'm dragging the bf and roomie along :-) Just hope this promised storm tonight doesn't come in and knock the power out.....

So I'm sitting in the Multnomah County Jury room. Wee fun! Yesterday was my birthday and the county thought a fitting b-day present was JURY DUTY... haha. At least they have a wireless connection for my laptop to use! being too hot to sleep!

Ah... another quick post after too long since posting. The house I live in was burglarized today. It is a strange feeling knowing someone has gone through your home. I was lucky. I think one of my roommates cats is currently being put to sleep :( He is an old ornery old tom that's always got some battle wound or another. He sprays - which I hate in a cat. But he was also really sweet and good company every morning with that first cig of the day. I will miss him for that alone ( Read more... )
