sorry, stuck on repeat for a second there, due to how much i love bones and: “You know I don’t know if it’s more fucked up that you think this is reasonable or that I’m frankly considering it. I used to be a pretty normal guy.”. oh bones. you were always meant for more then normal.
I wonder if Bones's first marriage came about in a similar way but instead his wife was like "we're getting married now" and he was like "ok, which way is the church?"
I *love* it! And I can hardly wait for the sequel!
Of course, now I'm wondering if it is set in the world of your other stories where they're friends but have already slept together. On the other hand, with these guys does it even matter?
Yeah, that was actually the struggle for me. I'm going to let people approach it as they like, but in my own head, no, it's not. The Jim in those stories knows he's in love with Bones, but he their relationship is such that he's not threatened by it.
This is, as always, brilliant and splendid and hoppingly fluid and wonderful. But the tasty cherry on top was Jim has a feeling Spock’s having a huge multilayered joke at Jim’s expense where I cackled out loud for a good half a minute.
hmm. well, I hope you have a day conducive to writing. This or perhaps something else. Since we seem to play in the same fandoms, any writing is likely to make me happy.
