Hiya. I was looking for livejournal people with similar interests to myself when i first set up my journal a couple of months ago. I think thats how i came across you! I'm 21 and studying history at university in lancaster, united kingdom.
Favourite book, now thats a tough one. Its got to be either love in the time of the cholera or madame bovary. I could read either of those again and again, they're beautiful. How about you?

Love in the Time of Cholera is one of my favorite books as well! For literature, it was my first love. Actually, One Hundred Years of Solitude is in my top five as well. To me the former tells the truth about love, and the latter, life.

I'm 23, and I'm charge of the children's department at my local Barnes and Noble. I'm studying literature at school, with an emphasis on children's literature.
