The smell of something cooking
My soul you're to steal
Food of love we're filling

I hate the dizzy thing. I find shaking my hands really fast helps make it pass quicker. And vitamins rock. I take so many now and have started Spirulina tablets too which are a great meal substitute (some ppl live off it apparently). It doesn't make u very full tho, just replaces nutrients.

Have u taken stackers pills? I want to buy a diet pill online but dont know what one. Something that will give me energy but not give me anxiety/panic attacks. I'm taking one now I bought from the supermarket but it doesnt really give me much energy; just makes me full and helps metabolise carbs and stuff. What do you suggest?

I'm over eighteen, so I don't have any problems buying whatever diet pills I want (except that they are so expensive!). I've tried Cuts, SlimDown, Flush the Fat, and NV, as well as many holistic brands. I buy everything from a health store called GNC.

My favourite plan: take a women's weight-loss pill like NV early in the daytime or as directed on the box. Take vitamins as usual. Take 2 green tea pills, and 2 safflower oil pills whenever you eat something, even tiny meals. Drink water and freshly brewed green tea with nothing in it throughout the day.

I've tried the Stackers 2 drinks, but not the pills, yet. I think I might, though. Did you know that Stackers 2 ALSO MAKES CALORIE-FREE ENERGY MINTS? How cool is that? I want to try those, too.

How do the green tea pills vary from green tea itself? My diet pills have green tea in them I think but they're not super strong.. they don't feel like they're doing anything.

What do safflower oil pills do? And those mints sound awesome!

Pills are usually stronger than the tea itself. One pill is like drinking three cups of tea. Most non-asian people don't like the taste of the tea, hence the invention of the pills, but I actually like plain green tea, so I double-up by drinking it in fluid form, too.

Safflower oil "loosens up" the fat in the body so that it is more easily lost.
