I swear, I love Katy, so I am dying to write some sort of poly epic thing for them, because Kris and Adam are unreal.
I don't squee on my journal since I think there are only a couple other people who'd get it (you and ssdimes?) and ONTD_AI is pretty perfect for it. Seriously, that is the perfect comm - every time I stroll over to MJ's blog and read the comments, my head explodes. Every time, a debate of Kris vs. Adam. Guys! They can BOTH BE AWESOME.
As for Torchwood: OMG OMG OMG. Day One was amazing. Day Two is great too - I am loving the format and direction, it is working for them SO WELL.
PS. I didn't follow the Tacoma vids like the Portland ones - are there any particularly fabulous ones I should check out so far?
Hi! LOL, I was actually thinking of you when I wrote about the people on my flist getting it. You and Ryo, though I don't remember if I have astolat. But yes, I think I've commented more on ontd_ai in the past two weeks than I ever have in all my other comms put together. You just get sucked in.
I used to check MJ's and Rickey.org, but yeah, some of the comments are just so senseless. Haven't been back in MJ's since the comments about Adam being fat. GossipCandy is great, though, and there's a lot of crossover with ontd_ai.
I'm sad that there's only five eps this season of Torchwood, but if they're all this strong than I'm totally supportive of the new format. I've already rewatched Day One a couple of times.
The annoying thing about a lot of the Tacoma vids is that the person doing the videoing was screaming along with everybody else. Which, OUCH. And, in one vid of "Mad World", they were singing along.
I love this one of Adam in "Fame"/"Let's Dance", because it's a refreshing angle and OMG HIS ARMS. Also, NEW DANCE MOVES:
OKAY. So there's this girl named Jesse who's a big fan of Kradam and attended both the Portland and the Tacoma shows (I think she went to Vancouver, too). Both shows (Portland and Tacoma) she managed to get into the Meet & Greet after the shows.
In Portland, she brought with her this handmade sign shaped like a heart that said "Kradam is love", and around the border were photos of when Kris and Adam were together in AI. She showed it to both Adam and Kris - getting delighted reactions from both - and had them sign it. Understand that by Kradam, she really just means their epic friendship - she talked about how glad she was that they were the Final Two, etc. It wasn't like some manic fan insisting they were romantically involved or anything.
She took a photo with both boys (separately). (THIS is Kris holding the Kradam sign, btw.) Her photo with Kris is HERE. I can't find her photo of Adam, but it's somewhere around.
