I've had a few inquiries, so to put this to bed:

The owner of Personal Threads filed a lawsuit against me.

I intend to defend myself against the allegations, and have retained an attorney to that end.

I've been following this saga through a friend, and oh my God, this is just so ridiculous. I suggest you get in touch with the EFF and see if they have anyone willing to do pro bono work, and I really hope you consider countersuing under Nebraska's anti-SLAPP legislation, because this suit is the definition of SLAPP.

Damn. He really is that stupid, and his lawyer really is that greedy. I hope he enjoys the counter-suit. Also, it might be time to escalate this to the attention of as many large scale blogs as possible. Your call, of course.
