It's Spike!
Specifically, it's his last performance, in the last episode of Angel. I cried like a small child :(

I was going "it looks like James Marsters, but I'm sure it isn't," which just goes to show that I should listen to myself occasionally.

I need to actually watch Angel--I loved Buffy, but never caught much of Angel when it was airing. I'm about 3/4 of the way through S1 at the moment, but am stalled due to it being on the external HD my brother is holding hostage (for the value of hostage being that I left it behind last time i visited because I mistakenly thought it was one of his because he has so many /o\)
