I...may have been brandishing it madly at people who are not even remotely fannish, and wouldn't know the TARDIS from a piller box and making it light up (because, yes, it does light up) since I opened the box this morning?

Because, lo, I am mature and adult and stuff.

(Forbidden Planet did have them in stock, but they're kind of expensive now they're not on sale (which is the reason that my Dad bought it for me, because I couldn't quite bring myself to needlessly spend my own money when I have things like bills and food shopping)
