Hooray! You weren't mauled by a lion! Also, I completely understand the talking about SA on your own terms. One of the hardest things about coming back is everyone wanting a 30 second summary of a whole semester of a lifechanging experience. After a while, I considered printing small business cards with a summary. Like SparkNotes! Anyway, glad you're back! :-)

The business cards are an excellent idea. You should market them to study abroad students everywhere. How about this, we can swap stories when I get back, no pressure, no sound bytes.

Hey! I know this is late, but this is Alaina (via friends' journals); and I just wanted to say welcome back! And, yeah, I think the business card idea above has merit. I loved China this summer, but I can only share my stories so many times before it's like ARRRRRRR. Or something along those lines.
I may drop by the college briefly when classes start to say hey, but no promises yet.
