Beginning the obligatory cookie posts

It's after Thanksgiving, and time to bake! Several of the cookie experiments from last year are going into regular circulation. I have enough cookies that I suppose I could just make the same baker's dozen every holiday season, but where's the fun in that?

The new types I've tried so far this year are:

Interested in my orange-flavored sugar cookies with honey? This is my standard cut-out-and-decorate cookie, which I developed from the recipe my Mom used. Probably less orangey than the marmalade cookies, though.

Also, if you're ever looking for a good gingerbread cookie, I developed one that actually does NOT taste like cardboard ;)
