There was some kid on the main stage earlier today - I only heard the music from afar, couldn't even tell if it was a girl or a boy singing. Either way, the singing reminded me of young Paddy Kelly. So it IS true. I randomly saw some pictures of some monks on one of the websites I landed on while I was looking for some music... and it really is Paddy. I knew he was actively involved in church, but I had no idea that he - at some point - became a monk. :-o
But his singing truly is impressive. Makes me shiver.

I would love to see him live again, too. I only got to see the KF twice in concert, and both times I was way too far in the back to actually see anything, and there was so much screaming... it would be lovely to get the chance to just sit down/stand and enjoy the music. (Also, as a believer - even when my faith is often more than dubious - I'd probably enjoy the setting and content, too. Singing praises/listening to them has always been the times when I experienced that... connection to God the most.)
