I suck at decision-making!

I have the following dilemma. So... The Grand Prix finals are taking place in St. Petersburg this year and Lena just told me that she and her friend are planning to go to St. Pete to watch the free skate and the exhibition. It's the 16th and 17th December. They'd take a night train from Moscow to St. Petersburg, leaving on Friday night; and a night

don't worry about the exam, i have an exam next thursday but I'm going to fake sick and uh deal with that somehow not sure about the details. I haven't figured it out, but I'm going over the border for a show! so uh. you should too?!!

It's not just the exam... I don't know if I want to spend that much money, and if it really wouldn't be wiser to just wait till I can go on a proper trip to St. Petersburg, because there's so much to see in the city... And also, it's like... As awesome as seeing all these skaters would be, if Johnny doesn't qualify, I might just be too crushed and sad to properly enjoy it.
So I don't know.

the thing with the money, i justify by saving somewhere else. no expensive coffee or eating out etc! atleast thats what I've been doing so that i don't feel so bad about my recent habits. but! but I really really wanted to go both times, there was no question. I guess if you're stopping to think :-/ and also there's the whole johnny thing, that complicates things! :-/
