The first few babyzaya icons came from Pixiv, but the bookmark I have seems to lead to a deleted page :( But the rest of the icons are from this doujinshi.

If you've read the manga FLAT, that's why the art looks familiar. I think the artist just took pictures of the kid from that manga and drew in Izaya's clothes.
