So, Franz has been vomiting every single day this week. In fact, most days he has vomited several times. I'm not sure what to do about this. You can tell whether a cat is having stomach problems or whether the cat is, in fact, sick. My cat Bambi was just dry heaving one night, so I thought he was fine. The next morning, though, he was lying on the floor in the basement. He had the Feline Immuno Papalona virus. Poor guy.

Usually vet appointments only run around 60.00 if nothing's wrong, and that includes vaccinations. It would never hurt to call the vet too and see if they could diagnose something from the symptoms.

Have you tried hairball stuff? He's a long hair, so it's pretty normal for him to be throwing up if he is throwing up hairballs. People call it "coughing up" hairballs, but it's really nasty vomiting.

I agree with above though, better safe than sorry. I'm in the same kind of position where my cat has been coughing and sneezing every once in a while and I am poor and terrified that she is sick, but can't spend the money at the moment.

It's hard!
