The Definition of Insanity

Albert Einstein once said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". This is the definition that I've been working with for most of my adult life. But today, I discovered the true definition of insanity. Seth was working and I was home alone with five kids

I expected it to be a much bigger disaster. I'm pretty proud of the fact that it didn't fall apart at any point. Not even a meltdown in Costco.

it's something I'm trying to get over. I hate being cooped up in the house with them all the time. It is much better to get them out having fun.

I *was* pretty proud of myself. Particularly for surviving lunch with them by myself. :)
