I always end up de-cluttering for the cleaning lady. I figure she's just another form of motivation for myself to get what I should already have done, done.

Fish fritters? Somehow, "fish cakes" sounds fine to me, but fish + fritter = fish + sweet coating in a not-for-me sort of way. Weird.

I am not cooking at all this shabbos, we are going OUT. Fabulous! I get totally uninspired regarding cooking this close to Pesach. I shut down!

Forgive my ignorance, please - if you keep kosher, how do you find a kosher place to eat on Shabbos?

Oh, that is simple, and no need to ask for an apology for not knowing, we walk to neighbors homes to eat. We often host others as well, so that is how you can eat out on shabbos!
