It's Friday. Finally. And you know what? I am so tired I trip over my own feet. The last time I used a Friday afternoon for a recuperating nap, I slept from 3 to 6 and needed about 2 hours after that to properly wake up. And I screwed up my inner clock. So maybe I shouldn't try that again

I drank some pepsi, that helped for a while. We just did the whole weekend shopping, and now my batteries are low again. But I'm not drinking coffee or pepsi two hours before going to bed... :)

Also, though it sounds hella counter-intuitive, a brisk 20-minute cardio workout keeps me awake after work.
