Friday I had a terrible day at the school. I was substituting in the 3rd grade and the kids were especially manic, probably because it was snowing heavily and they were forced to stay in for recess. Oh, totally. There are 8 more days until Christmas vacation, and I'm counting down. I could use a break away from the little darlings...

Kids suck sometimes. Unfortunately they do so at the same time.

I got your card today. Thanks. :) I love that on the back of it, it tells you how to put on the chapstick. ROFL.

lol tis like my dad was saying, tis the last week of school (before our xmas holidays/long break), most of the work is out of the way so he's just the glorified babysitter.

I cant imagine you yelling at kids. Id like to see that >.> lol

I only yell when nothing else works, and as a last resort, I plead and beg. It ain't pretty. ;-D

I couldn't deal with 3rd graders. I'd have no voice by the end of the day. But then again, I would definitely be one of those teacher where there would be no talking as soon as I walked in! yeah right!

I guess that's a reason why I like subbing. You move all over--wherever you're needed--so a certain age group or combination of children aren't your fate for 9 months straight. I was in special ed. yesterday and had a great time.
