See, if those were normal powdered latex gloves -- Steve's unimpressed look would be the direct result of the sweat trickling towards his elbow, tickling down his arm.

Ironically, though my company's name is Medco, we sell NO medical supplies. (It's an acronym of what the original company sold when they started, lo these 80 years or so ago. I can't remember what that is, though. Formed as what we are now in 1970.) We're actually a distributor that sells tools (and other stuff, obvs) to the folks who sell them to mechanics. You've heard of Snap-On Tools, yes? They and their competitors (Cornwell, Mac, Matco, and independent mobile jobbers) form the bulk of our cash business. We do have a sales force that visits plate glass jobbers (AutoZone, etc.) but my office doesn't deal with 'em.

I just happen to have gotten a couple of crash courses in the past two weeks.

Glad to have been of service. :bows, still laughing:

I adore Snap-On. I have never successfully broken a screwdriver of theirs. And believe me, I've tried.

thank god for your new-found knowledge!

When you have to wear gloves for long periods of time The Glove Buying is a Big Decision! *G* In my career I have to wear them for upwards of 90 minutes at a time (one word, yuuuuuck) so there is actually a line item about how much I'm willing to spend on gloves in my budget for my own office (future office, I cannot wait to be my own boss) and there's serious consideration to the more expensive stuff b/c of the Sopping Wet Hand Syndrome. It makes it hard to put gloves right back on if you need to change them in the middle (which happens a lot).
