esteefee sez: can't think of what to give your loved ones for the holidays? ha! think back up solutions. if the ones you love aren't backing up their data, then now is the perfect time to fix what could possibly be a catastrophic future problem. nothing hurts worse than reaching for beloved pictures or home movies that just don't exist anymore

I am so bad about backing up. I mean, I probably do it more than a lot of people, but I still only do it every 3-6 months. (Though, it does happen at least every six months, since I'm a Linux user and my preferred distros have fast release cycles.)

But I have inexplicable guilt for not being better about it. It's not like anyone but me is going to care if I lose something.

what you need, my friend, is an offsite auto-backup solution. something you don't even need to think about. if you're on linux why not do a cronjob with rsync?

because I know *I* would care if you lost all your pr0n!!!!
