Ummm....can't quite recall how I stumbled over here, but I'm very glad I did!
I must admit I have a yen for sga AU's, and this little gem is a darling one. I love how you're building the relationship between John & Rodney, and all the lovely details; especially Punk the one-eyed cat ;-)

I didn't know until I read it that this fic was exactly what I needed. Thank you :) (I too have problems with old injuries that won't STFU, and today my right hip hates me more than usual. Reading about John dealing - or not dealing - with something similar is...therapeutic.)

I'm so glad to hear if the story gave you a little lift. Chronic pain, persistent injuries can get you down like nothing else, and you don't maybe even realize how very much energy and good mood they are stealing away from you. ::hugs you::
