sbj, there were so many distractions and obstacles yesterday when I wanted to sit down and read all five parts at once; it all happened when I was in the middle of reading the first two parts (during all the giddiness and FEELS). When I finally had the chance to read the rest in one sitting, your writing left me stunned.
This isn't the first time that MTH has lead me on a roller coaster of emotions, but I think this part of chapter 9 hits me the hardest. Blossom's numbness and thought process of her heartbreak hits home for me-- it kinda echoed my own experiences. I never read anything that did that to me, and I just-- wow.

I guess I just wanted to say that your writing is so, so lovely, with how you convey the every emotion, situation, and every character feel so real and human. I didn't think I could love this fic more, but I do. ♥
Thank you and your betas for all the hard work! I can't want to read what's next! :)

The greens. They are my favorite by far, you make everything beautiful, and the blue/red interaction at that last part. Oh Boomer, and Oh Brick, you babies. I just, I really really love you at the moment sbj. I really do. I am just clarifying that.

Bubbles is right. Brick doesn't want himself to like Blossom, and it kills him to push her away. I kinda saw that coming, what with the chapter title and all, and when I started reading part 4, I was kind of steeling myself up for it; nonetheless, it still stung. Like, A LOT. On both ends, really.

I do adore the Greens in this section, though. It's like, Butch KNOWS Buttercup. He knew what she needed most when she was raving shit pissed, and when they'd finally stopped fighting, they were just lying together and oh my god... Go away, bad thoughts.

As for the Blues... Urgh, Boomer, you adorable, sweet Rowdyruff, you. I have a really bad feeling that your deal with Him is going to bite you in the ass sometime in the future though.

I only realized the title of this chapter by now and i was like "omg he's going to turn her down"
and he did! i hate and love Brick. So much.

Also. Butch putting up a fight with Buttercup because he knew she was upset so he was like "i know she needs to punch something so hey here's me!" I love him too :')

The scene where Brick breaks up with Blossom reminded me of Sailor Moon. Mamoru breaks up with Usagi with his back turn and it kills him to break her heart but he feels that it's the best thing to do. Usagi is just staring at him with sad eyes (not crying) but looks like she was going to. And Blossom and Usagi said sort of the same line "I don't understand. What are you trying to say?" or something like it.

Then when Blossom leaves and cries crouching up on the side of the building also reminded me of Usagi crouching and crying in the phone booth afterwards.
