A few years ago our friends found it much easier to celebrate the holidays after the beginning of the new year, when they had time and money, so we've been doing it for about 5 years now. Since we always tell people it's our Christmas party, and we're all but one of us queer, a friend coined the term "Gaymas" and it's stuck. It's usually celebrated right after mid-January - tell all your friends! :)
