The worst is passed and all is well. Absolutely stunned we never lost power or satellite TV. Me and the kitties are going to bed.

Last night at 11:30 we lost on-demand capability on our cable TV. It was hell, I say! Other than that we have a damp spot in the basement.

I'm not sure when we will find out if Mom's house is ok, but one of her neighbors stayed thru the storm and if her phone is working, we may be able to find out without having to drive all the way down there.

I think I will only be there Wednesday. I have to drive a friend to get medical tests on Friday. Just one of those routine "over-50" tests, but they give you the kind of drugs you shouldn't be driving yourself.

Ah, ok. Well just figured I'd check.

BTW we should do a Pennsic decompression. I also got some feather-themed fabric and am deciding what to do with it, so I may need your advice.
