Well, getting paid is always a good thing, especially when you have overtime goodness on it. But I'm still essentially broke until i figure out how I'm getting home and then back for winter, and then i need to figure out how I'm going to pay bills during the break. I'm learning this from My sister alisoon ..who I think will be a millionare...she's already flipping houses and doing the stockmarket on a highschool teacher's salary..and she owns a house!.How much do you spend for yourself/entertainment/food after bills? How much of that can be put in a savings account. You should open one and stick 5-15% in every paycheck. DO IT FIRST BEFORE WITHDRAWING ANYTHING/SPENDING TO PAY BILLS. Even if it's as small as 20-50 to even 75 dollars amonth. Also Budget that in with your bills. Give yourself some (a small amount 5% pocket money though for fun/petty cash. Or figure what you can do without. Then when worktime ends you might have enough saved to cover for when you are not working ( ... )
