buy it! it was tasty. the tofu, btw, was really simple. press it for a while, then cut however you prefer it and place it in a shallow dish with some soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. turn the pieces to get them coated and so that they soak up a bunch of it. place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake @375 for 15 minutes. turn the pieces and bake for another 15 minutes, or until they start to get browned a little on the edges. serve them with the leftover marinade drizzled on top. :)
