Well I came to the realization of what a sucky photographer I am~ I've been searching my photo databases for 5 measly epitomes that could possibly be Point Lobos in order to win this contest. Oh Stacey if there was a poetry or prose contest about Point Lobos you would win hands down. With that said, you are an AMAZING photographer and I think you are being way too hard on yourself. But isn't that what great artists do! Perhaps you are so connected to the place that it's hard to be objective about your photos at this point. Maybe ask Billy to help you narrow it down? Yeah! I want him to go on a long walk with me there he's always good patient help I'll try not to be too hard--- I'm surprised how little I have challenged myself though. And thanks so much :)

haha, you are not suck, you're BETTER b/c you're not taking the touristy shots such contests usually seem to get. (I agree, have Billy or another friend help you narrow it down.)

Thank you-- yeah I need to look from a different angle. Maybe I should climb a tree, wait for a squirrel to crawl by with a vista behind him meanwhile a deer is leading her fawn thru to the cliff while there are butterflies and dolphins. Allyson and I think your photography is at the balcony level - the high point and worthy of cheer and celebration. Plus, so many of our friends and family have seen your work and are always awed by it! You're a photography celebrity in Las Vegas, Louisiana, and Alabama!
