I will look forward to hearing what in the world you will say for 5 pages about the art piece. Already by your writing style, though, I can tell you are able to see more artistically and expansively than most of us without the art gene :)

YAY!!!! I am so glad the news with your academic advisor was positive. I guess you will be spending the next little bit concentrating on a choice of major. Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Any word on Proposition 8 this morning? This is heart-breaking.

As of midnight, 53 percent of voters voted to approve Proposition 8, while 47 percent voted against it.

that horseshit is lame. I don't know what to say :(

I'm so glad you got good news from the counselor! What english/math do you have to take? Those are two that I have to do next semester as well. I know what you mean about the library... it has taken me unitl this semester to get used to it, but now I spent a ton of time there.

I have heard conflicting reports on prop 8 this morning... some saying it passed and others saying it is undecided...
if it passes I think a little bit of my hope inspired by Obama last night will flounder...

It is going to be so messed up if 8 goes through, I haven't seen the teevee yet...

I have to STILL take English 1a!!! I keep taking it and dropping it, I'll get an A on the first essay, then get behind and unable to stand doing terrible in my love that is writing (but hate for writing unpassionate essays...) hrm
NEver even been to the upstairs part of the LIbrary, probably there are all the books up there? I feel dumb walking in circles around there, I should probably take that LIbrary class pretty soon...

Oh and I'm taking pre algebra in the spring, I'm way down on the math totem!. I still have a couple more algebra classes after that but for some reason I've been the most satisfied doing math homework, go figure. What are you taking in spring?

:( I am so upset today about prop 8...there are no words for it.

I've done that with English as well... my perfectionism always gets in the way of me finishing classes like that, but this semester I am getting better with it--- I am taking 1a now and think I'm actually gonna finish this time. Next semester I am taking English 2, Women in American Government, Oceanography, Social Psych, and... one more--- I am thinking about a photo class or an art class but I'm feeling really intimidated by it because I don't think I am good enough at it...

Yep, there are lots more books upstairs :) and it is better up there because it is quieter and there are all these comfy chairs facing the windows that have a view of the bay. I am there all the time if you ever want a free tour :) I know how it is to feel stupid walking around in circles when it seems like everyone else knows what they are doing.

IF you're into collage-y stuff you should take Alternative photo processes or lensless photography! It's a whole new genre of art. I haven't looked at the classes yet, not sure what art classes there are yet..

Thanks for the tour! I'll take a look upstairs and if you see someone that looks like me looking lost it probably is me :P

Yay for having no school on monday!
