I was just thinking "Its been a while since I posted anything important on Livejournal", and I see I am not the only one who can't fill up the LJ with the same grade of thoughts as I used to.
I think I can, but this place feels so deserted it's more like shouting into a void and if I want to write about what's going on in my life without anyone reading it, I could do it in the comfort of my own word docs and not worry about my punctuation (as if I ever did!).
There! I did it just now, moved onto the next page without posting my SUPER MEANINGFUL COMMENT. except I came back and now I'm posting it.
It's such a shame that things so many of us find fulfilling can't be easily accomplished around the schedule or a job that provides us the money to do things that we find fulfilling. Even sitting on the porch and watching people at the park is accompanied by the nominal threat of eviction if the rent isn't paid. Although, I guess, at that point you could just live in the park, and get park watching 24/7. You'd have to sleep under a bush though.
