Hey, sorry I didn't get back with you. I will. My back went out Monday. I have NEVER had this type of thing before. I was nauseated from it. I felt so sick. I went to a Chiropractor near my house. He took x-rays and one of my vertebrae is half an inch off!!! No wonder my legs hurt so bad! I couldn't even walk right. I'm so used to being so "hoppy-skippy" hyper. I guess we always think we're invincible. Hope you are doing well. I'll give you a shout out. Take good care!

It's ok, but dont push yourself. I've been there, that kind of pain is alittle much. Call me when you can and take care.
