Rating: PG-13, for language… I think

Most of it is Elizabethan curses and insults.
Twitterpated = overexcited/nervous (not Elizabethan)
Dunderhead = idiot
Onion-eyed dogfish = an insult
Rattlebrained = crazy or stupid
Shake-weasel = I made this up because it sounded cool :P
Roynish = an insult
Pinch-spotted = I think this means some has bad acne
Mammering = saying useless silly unimportant nonsense
Plume-plucked = looking silly and less than one's best, like when a bird has its feathers plucked out
Paunchy = fat
Gut-griping = either full of gas so that your stomach makes embarrassing noises and you fart a lot, or the kind of person who makes you sick to your stomach -- I'm not sure which
Malkin = cat

I mostly used the Elizabethan Insult Generator (available online) and picked out words that I liked the sound of. :P
