Oh my goodness, what a stressful rotation!!! :(

I can see why you were so upset, that's just...blimey.

Yeah, this is why I've never had free-roaming ghosts. Deary me, poor you! *hug* Old Adam was great at pleading though. :D

Olga looks great as a teen, and I love Cassilda's dress, it's so pretty!

The twins are adorable, and very different to each other, too!

Yes, you definitely hit level 10 with the business, so it counts. It's been level 10 for a while too, hasn't it?

Hope the rebuild is still going well, and hopefully the next rotation will be much less stressful for you! :)

I wouldn't have free-roaming ghosts here if it wasn't in the rules. :( I think the rebuild should make them less cranky, since they won't have any beds to miss, and everyone will die shortly after being placed on the lot, so their motives should all be just fine except for Bladder -- and I've never seen ghosts pee on the floor. I'll also be cheating Ruth to platinum first, since she had a platinum tombstone originally ( ... )

WHOA!

To quote Salieri: "It was terrifying and wonderful to watch." And Old Adam's (Old ADAM's! <3) "Suck it, Mr. Reaper!" is the funniest, most brilliant line to ever come out of a particular Sim's mouth - that killed me! (Pun intended? At first, no, but I'm so going with it now.)

Sorry to hear about the neighborhood corruption, but I'm so glad to hear that you and Jo were able to salvage your Sims. I think it's totally appropriate to consider your business obligations in the challenge met.

How *do* you handle the little command queue icons when taking screenshots in a play session?

I'm glad it was both terrifying AND wonderful to watch -- it was just straight up terrifying to play!

Old Adam has one Nice point. He's generally quite mannered, so it doesn't show much, but I figure that under stress it would come out. (And since I was rather proud of that line, I'm glad you enjoyed it!)

Most of the Sims have been safely extracted and cloned -- I think Jo has less than a quarter of the 'hood left to do. (Since some of the Sims have corrupted genetics, she's having to fix as she goes along, for which I am eternally grateful.)

To take a screenshot without the little queue icons, you have to go into Buy or Build mode (which removes the icons), click the design tool (which gets rid of the grid lines), and hit the Tab key (which gets rid of the UI). It's more complicated than just hitting the C key, which is why I occasionally forget. You also have to close the popup messages (like about the car pool) manually, or they'll be in the shot.

Thanks for reading and commenting! :D

I had a feeling I missed an update, so I went back and here it is. Oops. :/

I keep meaning to check for flies since seeing that little bit of info last month about the flies but I always forget.

I don't have any sailor suits. *pout* Maybe it's a store item.

I was about to say poor Myrna until you said that bit about Glen not being as good a painter lol. Then the next bit, I think it's more darn Myrna.

Aww hugs, I don't blame you for quitting without saving, as soon as I saw your screenshot of her needs I thought social worker! If she had been a teen she probably would have died although I had sims in my first asylum crawl back from a fire after peaking at their needs which looked very similar.
Gosh O_O That really was a night from hell.

Yes I see that 1/4 left ^. Ahmm >cough< I admit to not thinking about the last few days. *hides under a rock*

Lol, but Olga and Old Adam are funny.

Sorry for being late, and I will get back to your sims soon. Island paradise suckered me in.

I could have sworn that sailor suits came with FT. I know it's not a store thing, because I have all the store outfits. (Maybe not through the channels you were supposed to get them through, wink wink nudge nudge.) So I guess I'm wrong about that. Deadeye will age up at the end of Day One of the next rotation anyway and will then get the pirate outfit because pirates sail, but I'm sorry I had my sources wrong. :(

Myrna wasn't all that Nice either, really. Nobody in the family is, unless they married in... :P

Well, you're supposed to roll with it when something bad happens. I panicked. But you're right -- it was a very panic-inducing situation!

Jo, will you please stop apologizing for having fun and enjoying your birthday?! *throws a wet trout at Jo* When I get desperate for my sims, I will poke you, I promise. :) Otherwise, take your time. I was commenting on how WELL everything was going!

Thanks for reading and commenting! Comments are always good, no matter when they arrive. :D

*dodges trout* :P

I always feel guilty if I don't get things done for others pronto. And as to apologizing, yep another bad habit, I've even been known to apologize to inanimate objects... O_o
I know you were but it reminded me of what I hadn't done.

Righteo I'll book myself a cruise and be back in 6 months. ^_^
