Yay, Leila got her wings and doesn't remember most of the bad stuff, and she got the guy. :)

Poor you failing the challenge, but it was a fun read and I can't wait to see what happens next with everyone.

Adorable kids too, I'm looking forward to seeing them appear again soon.

[Spoiler (click to open)]There is a popular manga called Rurouni Kenshin that was enormously popular during its run in Japan. It was so popular that they started making an anime before the author had finished writing the story in the manga, and when the anime caught up, the producers created a closing to the story, called Samauri X. Samauri X was melodramatic and tragic and very popular, but when they asked the creator of the original characters what he thought of it, he said "I like happy endings, me." (When he finally finished the manga, it had a happy ending.) Which is a very roundabout way of saying that I also like happy endings, me. Leila got the short end of the stick, and deserves better.

It was a fun challenge to try, although I don't know that I'll be trying it again any time soon.

You will definitely be seeing the kids again.

I may have lost the challenge, but that was just bad luck. I had a lot of fun trying, though, and that's the point, right?
