Poor you, this must be so stressful to play! I'd be tearing my hair out not being able to control them and get them away from the fire. At least none of the visitors died though.
It must be so strange having one bed and so few residents in the house now, too. Joe and Jeffina seem to be coping well, though, all things considered.
Poor Leila, these next few days will be even more interesting now! :D
Hi Amy! [Spoiler (click to open)]Yes, the number of fires are getting ridiculous. It's very stressful, and very difficult to not just control Joe and Jeffina just a little bit, just to make it go better, nobody ever has to know... Asylum challenges are apparently not my forte. :(
I am very glad that none of the visitors died! I was perfectly willing to sacrifice all the residents to keep Chant and Fantine alive. Phoebe would never have forgiven me...
It is very strange having so few residents. I don't know how people manage to play a whole challenge with only losing one or two! I mean, the inmates were all expendable, but I didn't think that they'd actually be expended...
Yes, "interesting" is the word. Unfortunately, that's probably as in "May you live in interesting times..." Thanks for reading and commenting! :D
PS: I saw your new hairs posted over at GOS -- they look great! Congratulations! :D
Puffs in and wonders why everyone has gone. That only took 5 minutes to find. Sorry Esme, I thought I had missed an update so I set out to find it. Of course a smart person would click on your user name and find it that way... I realize no how many people’s posts I missed while going back and back on my F list. *guilty* :( No excuse except listening to too much gameplayjenny (ps. if you haven't heard her, try googling gameplayjenny sims 1 any time you need a laugh)
As soon as I opened it I read that as "Hey you!" I thought yep even the asylum inmates are telling me off! But then I realized it's "Hey, it's you!" It's marvellous what a small word and a comma does lol.
Oh no not food poisoning, that's the worst.
...I take that back your fires and starvation are worse. Yikes!
You installed ACR?!? Somehow I don't think so hmm.
Great update Esme, such an interesting asylum! Never a dull moment there lol.
I've heard nothing but good things from you about gameplayjenny; I should go check her stuff out. :) I'm sadly behind on a few updates myself, and I haven't got any good excuse.
Yes, that one little word and comma are important. I didn't mean it to sound rude!
I'd say asylum challenges are the worst. Other people get spontaneous romances, pee puddles, and riotous hilarity, and what do I get? Fires, starvation, and food poisoning. I swear somebody took all my luck for this challenge!
Nope, no ACR. *shudders at the very thought* Just Plot. ;)
I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter! Thanks for reading and commenting! :D
PS: Did you see the changes to the CCL scoring system that Lorin and I worked out in the comments of the last chapter of Cecil's CCL? They'll work out to your advantage, I think.
Lol, well I didn't think you would put on ACR from what you said before about it. I don't really get all the hoopla about it myself.
I saw that when I found this update and I can see I haven't commented so I'm not sure if I read it yet. *hides under a bag*
But it's 11.30pm now. I was going to bed but I saw a cockroach *shudder* So I've stayed up to spray it, wait and spray it some more! I'm as scared of them as I am of spiders so I'm not going to bed until I'm sure it's never going to move again! -_-
