Practice makes perfect, though for me it's always been a bit awkward if someone walks in as I talk to myself (in the mirror). Maybe Old Adam is more of a performer than I am. :)

Old Adam was raised by a performer, so that probably helped. :)

True story: I used to work for a woman who never ever talked to herself -- she always talked to you. You didn't have to answer, or pay attention, or even be able to hear/understand what she was saying, but she was talking to you. Only CRAZY people talk to themselves! :P
