Glad to see it's all restored ok with the rebuild, and the random clothing choices and sorting out grades all make sense. :)

Ygraine can't get married until the challenge is over. The challenge is over when both kids hit adult. Let's see how long he's willing to wait, shall we? ;)

I thought you might have forgotten; that's why I reminded everybody. It's a Plot Point. >_> And Old Adam will never change. In fact, if he activates a servo like I'm planning, he will never even leave.

I haven't had a sim take up that go on an outing for a very long time, thinking why is this stranger calling, but that was rather sweet. Lol, at the zombie waitress though! That certainly is interesting.
I had forgotten that arranged marriage as well.

I usually decline outings as well, but Ygraine would like to fall in love, and she doesn't really know all that many people. (She didn't even before the rebuild.) I was pleasantly surprised by the results.

The waitress just has zombie skin -- she doesn't lurch or anything. It's because of the hack I put in to allow Dmitri's eyes and Nanki-Poo & Deadeye's skins to show up in BodyShop. I don't mind it, actually. But from a hygienic point of view, I think maybe food service isn't the right line of work for a zombie...

I'm glad I reminded people of the arranged marriage, then! It's a Plot Point that will be coming into play relatively soon-ish.

Wow, the kids are teenagers already! I had thought that teen kids would make this challenge a bit easier, but it looks like money is still in short supply.

I'm glad that Ygraine has found someone special! I hope that it works out for her.

So far so good on the rebuild! :) I added a few hacks that let townies spawn with hats, glasses, beards, and supernatural skin and I really like the resulting variety.

Money is still tight, but the kids can skill more, and go to work, and take care of themselves while Ygraine takes a nap, so it is easier. You just can't make money appear out of nowhere. (Well, except for kaching or motherlode, but if I use those, what's the point?) I also admit to spending the money on home improvements almost as soon as it comes in.

I hope Ygraine's new man is willing to wait too! I like him.
