Yikes. I guess Anastasia still isn't the nicest sim ever, but at least it'd seem she's matured some since this. I hope, anyway.

Anastasia, like half the sims in my 'hood, has one Nice point --- just one. However, with some of my sims, you'd never ever know it except that they build snowmen with flame hats. Anastasia frowns all the time, she argues, she flirts with her sister's husband, she sticks her fingers in her ears and goes "lalalalalala". She's generally fairly angry, and she hasn't really improved with age. But she's not as actively offensive as she used to be, because then people walk away and don't talk to you for a week. :/
