Probably a crow, but this - http://www.desertusa.com/mag99/oct/papr/raven.html - says that there are indeed ravens on the East Coast. I'd thought they were only in the west. I think they both have black beaks.
And rabbits...rowr! 'Tis the season for lots of baby bunnies everywhere.
Curiosity caused me to look up what a group of turkeys is called. The answer: A rafter of turkeys. That is right up there with cool grouping words like "murder of crows"! XD
Aparently people thre stuff off the balconies last year, and the complex had skunk issues. So I am reluctant to introduce any food-like substance into the lawn.

*waves* Hi! I was poking through the journals of folks on the longhair community and saw that you lived in Maine. I'm a native Mainer myself, as is my husband, mind if I ask where you used to live?

Were their feathers kind of iridescent? They could be (male) grackles.
Wild turkeys? o.0 I have yet to see one of those running around outside (and Thanksgiving television footage does not count!).

And wild turkeys are a real sight. They travel in flocks... not just one big bird, but a whole crowd of them.
