I am not familiar with most of your fandoms, but dancers in love, YES. My ur-fandom here is Black Swan (super fucked up dancers in love! Double yes!), but I keep meaning to see Bunheads on the hope that some of the dancers will ping me as a pairing.

And I have never read gymnasts in love but I feel like that would hit me the same way. Or ice skaters in love. Or princesses and lady knights! (Have I told you about my story about the princess and her college friend who would really really like to be her knight, never mind knights are not really a thing anymore?)
